Repairs Shipping and delivery
If you are in the U.K: You will a receive another e-mail (after the order confirmation) that includes a link to create a downloadable shipping (returns) label so you can post your shoes for repair free of charge. There is also the option to bring your shoes to a Post Office or Customer Service Point, if you do not have access to a printer.
If you are in the EU: You will receive an e-mail (after the order confirmation) within 1-2 business days from The British Boot Repair Company with a shipping (returns) label to post your footwear free of charge with PostNL. The e-mail will also include a link to find the closest PostNL drop-off point.
If you are in the U.S: You will need to purchase your repairs service through our partner Nushoe. After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail within 1-2 business days with a shipping label to post your footwear free of charge with FedEx.
Please note that packaging for your repair shipment is not supplied with your order; you will need to pack it yourself – an old shoebox and paper from your recycling box will do just fine!
