We’ve updated our login system to make it easier for you to access everything with just one account. From 21st August 2025, Revivo account holders may notice a prompt to reset their password when logging in. This is part of moving to a single sign-on system across:
Revivo.com
Vivobarefoot.com
VivoHealth
This means fewer passwords and a smoother experience.

To create one simple login for all Vivobarefoot services
To give you seamless access to Revivo repairs, purchase history, Vivobarefoot shopping, and VivoHealth services
To make sure your account details are secure and up to date
What this means for you
There are a few different situations depending on the type of account(s) you have. Find the one that applies to you:
1. You only had a Revivo account
If you only ever created an account on Revivo.com, you’ll need to reset your password the first time you log in after 21st August.
Steps to follow:
Go to Revivo.com login
Enter your email address
You’ll be prompted on screen to reset your password
Follow the steps to create a new password
Once reset, you can use the same email and password to log in to:
Revivo.com
Vivobarefoot.com
VivoHealth
2. You already had a Vivobarefoot account (with the same email as your Revivo account)
If you previously created accounts on both sites using the same email address, you don’t need to reset anything.
Steps to follow:
Go to Revivo.com login
Enter your Vivobarefoot email and password (the ones you use on vivobarefoot.com)
You’ll now see your Revivo account as part of your single sign-on
No reset required — your accounts have been merged automatically.
3. You had different emails for Revivo and Vivobarefoot
If you used one email for Revivo and another for Vivobarefoot, the system will treat them as separate accounts.
Steps to follow:
For your Revivo account: go to Revivo.com login, enter your Revivo email, and you’ll be prompted to reset your password.
For your Vivobarefoot account: log in as normal using your existing Vivobarefoot email and password.
You can keep both accounts separate if you wish.
Do I need to reset my password right now?
No — you don’t need to take action until the next time you log in. The system will prompt you if a reset is required.
Will this affect my order history or repairs?
No — your past orders, repairs, and account details are safe. Once you’ve logged in with your updated details, you’ll see everything as normal.
