Unfortunately once an order has been placed we're unable to apply a discount code to it retrospectively. Our system doesn't allow us to modify or adjust orders once they've been confirmed.
What are my options? If your discount code is still valid and you'd like to use it, the only option would be to return your order once it arrives and place a new order with the code applied at checkout. Before deciding to do this it's worth bearing in mind:
- The standard return fee will apply to your return
- Your original shipping cost is non-refundable
- There's no guarantee your item will still be in stock or at the same price by the time your return is processed and you're in a position to reorder
- Discount codes can only be used once — if the code has already been applied to the returned order it will have been used and cannot be reapplied
So depending on the value of the discount, returning and reordering may not always be the most cost-effective option. We'd recommend weighing up the discount amount against the return fee before deciding.
