Discount Code FAQ's and Troubleshooting

To use a code on our site please follow the steps below:

1. Add your items to your basket.
2. Once complete, click on your basket and click on view basket.
3. Your items will be listed with a sub total.
4. Under the subtotal but above the black check out button it will say 'Gift or Promo Code'.
5. Click here and type the code into the pop-up box and click apply.
6. The subtotal will then amend to reflect the discount.
7. Click the black checkout button to go through to the shipping and payment options.

If the code is still not working please see the possible reasons below:

1. Please try logging out of your customer account and ordering as a guest (Still use your account email address as the system will link the order to your account) 
2. You are not making a purchase for items that are reduced or part of a promotion (discount codes are only valid on items fully priced in the basket)
3. You enter the code manually rather than copy and paste.
4. The code may no longer be valid.
5. The code may be item specific (free courses, free shipping)
6. The code may be country specific.
7. There may be too many items in the basket
