What is the process for customer repairs?

Once your Vivos land at our Repair Hub, our skilled team gets to work. You’ll hear from us as soon as they arrive—rest easy, they’re in good hands. If you’ve booked a Refresh, we give your Vivos a deep steam clean —inside and out. Worn laces, eyelets, or heel loops? We’ll fix those too. Loose stitching? Sorted. If you opted for a Resole; we’ll strip away the tired tread and fit a new sole to match the original—performance intact, colour may vary, adventure guaranteed. Once revived, your Vivos are boxed up and sent back to you—repaired, refreshed, and ready to roam. And yes, shipping’s on us.
